Product Launches
Businesses are constantly working to compete with one another, which makes adding new products vital. I’ve constructed the marketing plan for new product launches by facilitating research all the way to spearheading implementation.




Coffee
Coffee was one of the first major add-ons to the Xurros menu. We opted to partner with a local coffee roaster who already had brand name recognition and a solid following. Churros and coffee go hand in hand and it was a great way to increase our ticket price per customer.





Soondubu Jjigae
Bawi Korean BBQ wanted to expand its menu to something other than meat. Winter was in full swing, which made it the perfect time to add a warm, creamy stew. We went all in to let our customer base know about the changes–table stands featuring the stew, social media posts, and a pop-up on the website menu.
